Do you love where you live? Your friends and family might too. If you know of anyone looking to relocate, tell them about the wonderful place that you call home. If a friend you refer moves in, we will give you check for $300, just in time for the holidays! Be sure to tell a friend about us!
	Slice the Pounds - November
Slice the Pounds Before you slice the turkey! Would you like to learn how to stay in shape during the holidays? If so, please join personal trainer Charles Harris of "Chizel-It Fitness" for a free fitness class in Morningside's Community Room on November 14, 2009 from 10-11am. Be prepared to sweat!

	"Dog-On" Monday - November
Relax, dinner is on us. Its Another "Dog-On" Monday at Morningside Apartments Community Room. Come join us for free food and fun for everyone. This event will take place on November 30,2009 from 5-630pm. Please RSVP by calling the office. Hope to see you there!
	Food Drive Success! - November
We want to thank everyone for their contributions to our food drive. With your help, Home Properties collected and donated approximately 8,000 pounds of food and hygiene items! Your generosity was fantastic and sincerely appreciated. The food banks we partnered with were incredibly grateful for your willingness to give and assist those who are less fortunate. Thank you again. You DID make a difference!
